Delivery Policy

TicketGuru sells digital event tickets. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped — so there are no shipping fees, carriers, or delivery addresses.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your tickets are issued immediately: emailed to you and added to your in-app wallet at ticketguru.ke. M-Pesa and card payments both confirm in seconds.

Each ticket carries a unique, cryptographically signed QR code. Show it from your wallet (or the email) at the gate — it can be validated offline and is checked once at entry.

Your tickets are always available in your wallet after signing in, so nothing can be lost in transit. If a confirmation email doesn't arrive, check spam or contact support@ticketguru.co.ke and we'll re-send it.

You can transfer a ticket to another attendee from your wallet at any time before the event; resale is capped at face value.
