By using TicketGuru you agree to these terms. TicketGuru Limited (Nairobi, Kenya) operates the platform connecting event organizers with attendees.

Tickets are sold by organizers; TicketGuru facilitates the sale. Buyers pay the ticket face value via M-Pesa, or face value plus the card processing fee via card. Card payments are processed by Paystack and M-Pesa through Safaricom Daraja.

TicketGuru's platform fee is deducted from the organizer's payout at settlement — it is not added to the buyer's bill. The fee rate is set in each organizer's signed contract (10% by default unless otherwise agreed).

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, honoring valid tickets, complying with applicable laws, and handling refunds in line with their stated policy. Payouts are remitted after settlement, less fees, subject to our security checks.

Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the organizer's policy shown on each event page. Cancelled events are refunded at face value to the original payment method.

You agree not to resell tickets fraudulently, tamper with QR codes, or misuse the platform. Tickets are cryptographically signed and validated at entry; resale is capped at face value.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act.

TicketGuru is not liable for events that are cancelled, postponed, or misrepresented by organizers. Disputes are resolved under the laws of Kenya.
